What We Do

We are small organization that believes fervently in American schools, but is painfully aware that the long term health of  this mighty instiution depends on how schools respond to the current crisis and the current wealth derived from the stimulus package.  This is likely to be our last great chance to get things right and we want to ensure that this opportunity is not wasted.  We have created a model for running schools that we have been personally successful in using and have been able to translate it into success for others.

In pursuit of our passion to share, we’ve become a small consulting organization that leads school teams through a process in which they develop Professional Learning Teams, revitalize their curriculum, and develop systems for Response to Intervention.  These systems include important Social Emotional Learning, Data Driven Curriculum, Teacher Leadership and Continous Quality Improvement subsystems.

We believe deeply in the important of developing systems of capacity for schools.  As a result, we work closely with our clients to ensure that the new layers of system are responsive to the needs and strengths of the school’s culture.
